Shipping Policy

At Inclusive Thought, every item is made to order just for you. Here's how we get it to your door.
How It Works
We use Printify Express to produce and ship your apparel. Once you place an order:
- → Your item goes into production within 24 hours
- → Production typically takes 3–7 business days
- → Your order ships as soon as it's ready
- → You'll get tracking info via email once it's on the way
Shipping Rates
We charge flat-rate shipping based on speed:
Economy Shipping:
FREE on orders $50+ | Flat rate on orders under $50
Delivery: 7–14 business days
Standard Shipping:
Flat rate (calculated at checkout)
Delivery: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping:
Flat rate (calculated at checkout)
Delivery: 2–4 business days
Note: Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Delivery estimates are based on business days and begin after production is complete, not from the order date.
Processing Time
Because we make everything to order, allow 3–7 business days for production before your item ships. This processing time is in addition to shipping transit time.
Total timeline: Order → Production (3–7 days) → Shipping (varies by method)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- → A shipping confirmation email
- → A tracking number to monitor delivery
- → Carrier information (USPS, UPS, etc.)
Track your package through the carrier's website or the link in your confirmation email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available—check at checkout to see if we ship to your location.
International Orders
If you're ordering from outside the US:
- → Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing
- → You're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- → These fees are not included in your order total
- → We cannot predict or control customs charges
Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for:
- → Orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided
- → Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address info
- → Packages returned to sender due to address errors
If your package is returned, you'll need to cover reshipping costs or request a refund minus original shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen items. If tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive your order:
- → Check with neighbors or building management
- → Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- → Contact the shipping carrier directly
We're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@inclusivethought.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production starts within 24 hours, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they're placed. Make sure everything is correct before you hit "Buy."
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can happen due to:
- → High order volume (holidays, sales)
- → Weather events or natural disasters
- → Carrier delays or disruptions
- → Customs processing (international orders)
We're not liable for shipping delays outside our control, but we'll keep you updated if issues arise.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable:
- → We'll contact you to confirm your address
- → You can request a reship (additional shipping charges apply)
- → Or request a refund minus original shipping costs
