Return & Refund Policy

At Inclusive Thought, we're committed to quality. Every piece is made to order with care, but we know things can go wrong. Here's how we handle it.

What We Cover

We accept returns and offer refunds only for:

  • Manufacturer defects – damaged items, poor stitching, fabric issues
  • Misprints – wrong design, faded print, color errors
  • Incorrect items – you received the wrong size, style, or product

Important: Because each item is made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing issues (unless we sent the wrong size), or general dissatisfaction with design or fit.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to notify us of any manufacturing defects or errors. After 30 days, we cannot process returns or refunds.

How to Start a Return

If you believe your item qualifies for a return:

  • Email us at returns@inclusivethought.com with your order number
  • Include clear photos of the defect or issue
  • Describe what went wrong

We'll review your request within 2 business days and guide you through next steps if approved.

What Happens Next

If your return is approved, you can choose:

  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Free replacement item (we'll send a new one at no charge)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm the issue.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges for size or style preference. If you need a different size or item, you'll need to place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Sizing issues (unless we sent the wrong size)
  • Items damaged after delivery due to wear or improper care
  • Items returned without prior approval
